The Residences at Mandarin Oriental

Two kilometers of lighting equipment in a unique integral protective housing: especially for the lighting of the Golden housing estate’s facades on Sofiyskaya Embankment, the specialists of Svet Expert have developed a special architectural solution.

The Golden housing estate in the center of Moscow will be decorated with a unique architectural and artistic lighting (AHL). The lighting concept is being implemented by the international lighting company Svet Expert. The developer is Capital Group.

The premium-class Golden housing estate is being built on Sofiyskaya Embarkment, 18–20 in Yakimanka district in the Central Administrative District. On an area of 1,7 hectares there will be two and six-story buildings created according to the projects of famous Russian and foreign architects.
