Energy Service Contract

An energy service contract is a three-party agreement aimed at reducing operating costs by improving the energy efficiency of the lighting system.

The unique feature of this contract is that the investor's expenses are reimbursed through achieved cost savings, which are obtained after the implementation of energy-saving technologies. Therefore, there is no need for initial out-of-pocket expenses or financing. The investments required for the entire project are typically sourced by the energy service company.

The lighting equipment we use allows for significant reductions in electricity expenses and shortens the payback period of the lighting network.

Energy service contracts are governed by Federal Law No. 261-FZ of November 23, 2009.

• Audit of the Existing Lighting System
  To select the optimal solution, we conduct an inventory of the entire lighting network, a comprehensive analysis of electricity and system maintenance expenses. You will receive a detailed estimate with lighting calculations and a list of optimal equipment.
• Conclusion of a Three-Party Agreement
  The contract is entered into by three parties: the client, the investor, and the service provider. The investor covers all expenses of the service provider for work and equipment, while the client pays the investor a monthly amount not exceeding the cost of electricity and maintenance expenses for the old lighting system. The service provider, in turn, guarantees the timely completion of work and the timely servicing of the lighting system. As a result, the client receives an updated lighting system without increasing their monthly expenses, and after the contract amount is repaid, their expenses are significantly reduced.
• Implementation and Maintenance
  Under the signed contract, we carry out all the work for the replacement of the old lighting in accordance with the standards and regulations of GOST R 55706-2013. Warranty maintenance will allow the client to save on the replacement of luminaires.

As a result, the client obtains an upgraded lighting system without increasing their monthly expenses for electricity and maintenance of the old lighting network.
