The company Svet Expert has decided to find out how the market for outdoor lighting has changed over the past decade, and how opinions of construction companies and developers regarding the role of frontal lighting and the territory near a construction site have changed.
The volumes of current and planned residential construction are growing every year. Over the course of a decade, the total area of residential buildings constructed and put into operation has grown more than threefold, and the quality, approach, and concept of construction projects have changed beyond recognition. Naturally, new directions and sections of design solutions have begun to emerge. In their efforts to stand out in the residential market, developers are increasingly paying attention to the detailed design of their projects, the creative idea of creating a new residential complex, the message and authorship of modern technical and architectural solutions that distinguish and differentiate competitors in this market.
