A101 Group approved the concept for architectural and artistic illumination in the Prokshino Residential Complex in Novomoskovsky district of Moscow, according to a statement by the developer.
As noted, the illumination will appear on all building houses No. 1, 2, and 3 - their facades face the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoye highway and the embankment of a natural reservoir, where a pedestrian and recreational area will be located.
In the future, similar solutions will appear in all residential complexes of the developer, which are currently at the design stage or an early stage of construction.
The concept of illuminating buildings in each residential complex is developed taking into account the established “light appearance” of Moscow, which in its current form arose thanks to the approach of the chief architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov. Thus, we solve the inclusion of new areas in the single spatial-light fabric of the city. This is important both for the safety of pedestrians and motorists, and the functionality of commercial facilities, and for the overall aesthetics of the territory. As they say, there is life where there is light," noted Pavel Bryzgalov, head of product development at A101 Group.
The lighting concept was developed by the international lighting company Svet Expert.
"The concept is inspired by space themes. Stars with narrow rays of different color temperatures will shine on the facades of houses. An imitation of the milky way will be created using hundreds of different-sized optical fixtures. White cold light will resemble the tail of a comet, the yellow spectrum - meteor showers. Contour illumination of the upper part of buildings will loop the entire housing array and define its borders,” the CEO of Svet Expert stated.
“The illumination is static, eco-friendly, and comfortable for residents of the area. LED fixtures are installed only on the facades of homes facing the waterfront and the highway, so that light does not fall into apartment windows. At the same time, no illumination is provided for inner spaces of the district in order to maintain a light regime comfortable for sleep at night. A similar approach will be applied in all new projects,” added Bryzgalov.
All forms of illumination meet the concept of conscious energy consumption. The work mainly uses sconces designed for accent lighting of entrance groups, decorative illumination of columns and pylons, as well as linear luminaires for floodlighting on walls and creating a linear gradient on decorative facade elements.
